The data controller is Fancy Capital SRL, operating the brand BVG Agency, a venture building, M&A and advisory holding based in Milan, Italy (fancycapital.it). For any request relating to personal data, write to info@bvgagency.com.

We collect the information you voluntarily submit through the contact form: name, company, work email, website or social profile, the description of your request and the estimated monthly budget. We also process limited technical data generated by your browser, such as IP address and device information, for security and aggregate analytics.

Data submitted through the contact form is processed to evaluate and respond to your request, on the basis of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and your explicit consent. Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website.

Contact requests are retained for the time necessary to evaluate the enquiry and, where a working relationship follows, for the duration of the engagement and the subsequent legal retention period. Requests that do not lead to a relationship are deleted within twenty-four months.

Data may be processed by service providers acting as data processors, such as hosting, email and productivity providers, bound by contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Requests can be sent to info@bvgagency.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
